Howik is a world leader and pioneer in cold formed steel section printing machine suppliers. We are using Howik Frama 3200 machines for producing the sections required to construction the buildings.

Oculis is a Prop-Tech company building software solutions for construction task management using template driven easy to build project plans, BOQ/BOM, Project costing, trend analysis, AI to trigger red and yellow flags in the system
Our technology is approved by BMTPC and Structural stability analysis is done by Prestigious IIT institutes.

Unique Building Concepts Impex is a joint venture between Royal-Silpa group of India and DG Group of New Zealand. UBC Impex is specialized in bringing rapid, affordable and durable solutions suitable for various applications in residential, commercial and storage specific needs.
